Booking Your Campervan with Windy Van
Congratulations! You’ve made the excellent decision to experience vanlife in Estonia with a Windy Van small campervan. Here’s how to complete your booking quickly and smoothly.
Step 1: Choose Your Campervan
Start by selecting the campervan that best fits your adventure. Our small, fully equipped campervans are easy to drive, comfortable, and perfect for couples, solo travelers, or friends exploring Estonia. When 2 persons are travelling, choose Windy Light or Windy Storm. When you are group of 4, choose Windy Wave with the rooftop tent. You can also choose it when travelling with 2.
Step 2: Select Your Travel Dates
Pick the dates for your road trip. Available dates are marked in green on the calendar, so you can easily see when your van is ready.
Step 3: Add Extras
Enhance your trip with optional extras, like additional travel gear or camping equipment, to make your adventure even more convenient and comfortable.
Step 4: Choose Your Pick-Up Location
Select your preferred pick-up point. For your convenience, we offer:
City center location (Russalka monument)
Near the airport location (Ülemiste Centre; this option is with extra fee)
You’ll also enjoy a non-contact pick-up and drop-off process for safety and ease - no hurry to meet us at a specific time. Take it easy and we'll open and close the vans remotely!
Step 5: Confirm Your Booking
After completing the online booking form:
1. You’ll receive a confirmation email with payment details.
2. Sign the rental agreement directly in your account.
3. Send us a copy of your driving license. If many people are behind the wheel, no worries! It doesn't cost extra, just make sure to send all of the licenses.
4. Make the required payment, and you’re all set to start your vanlife adventure! When it's more than 2 weeks until your booking, 20% of the rental fee is required. If it's less than 2 weeks, the rental fee plus security deposit has to be paid alltogether.
Please note: All bookings must be completed through our website — we do not accept bookings via email.
